If you need transportation for a medical service other than an emergency, each county can provide transportation through the Medical Assistance Transportation Program.  Call Gateway Health Plan® Member Services at 1-800-392-1147, and a representative will help you get transportation through the Medical Assistance Transportation Program in your county.
