MEMBER/PHARMACY ALERT: Effective 1/1/2012, federal law requires pharmacies to submit pharmacy claims using a specific billing format, known as “D.0.” Starting on 1/1/2012, if a pharmacy is not yet compliant with D.0, the claims will reject. If you are unable to get a prescription filled, please contact Member Services at 1-800-392-1147 (TTY users should call 711) for assistance in locating a pharmacy that is able to fill your medication.
