Halloween Safety

When choosing your child’s costume:

• Choose flame resistant (retardant) materials, masks, wigs, etc.
• Make sure vision is not blocked by poorly fitting masks.
• If face paint is used, choose a non-toxic, hypoallergenic one.
• Kids ages 12 years and less should have an adult with them.
• Remind your kids to walk, not run, and to be careful crossing streets.
