Registering is easy and it's FREE! Here's how:

Click the Patient Education Link and you a window will open up that looks like this:

TO REGISTER FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

1. The registration code, "Gateway" is already filled in for you.
2. Type a User Name of at least 6 characters into the username box.
3. Type a password of at least 6 characters into the password box.
4. You will need to type your password in again.
5. Select one of the questions from the drop down list (this will be used to identify you if you forget your password)
   What is your favorite sports team?
   What is your favorite color?
   What is your pet's name?
6. Click the REGISTER button. You will be directed to the health topics.

   Note: You only need to register one time. When you return to the site you can log in using the "RETURNING USER" box on the right hand side of the screen.
