Introducing the Community Resource Center

How can the Community Resource Center help you? The Community Resource Center is a collection of easy to access local and regional resources available to all Gateway Health members. The Community Resource Center is simple to use and gives you information on many organizations, programs and other sources that may be able to assist you with all parts of your life, not just your health. Being “Good with Gateway” means being able to connect with the help you may need when you need it.
