As a Member of Gateway Health, Your Opinion Matters

Gateway Health appreciates and respects the opinions, good or bad, of all our members. That’s why Gateway Health invites all members to participate in our Gateway Listens online member feedback program - where your opinions will make a real difference. As a participant, you will be part of an online member community that provides feedback on our business decisions so you can get the most out of your health plan.

The Gateway Listens program consists of surveys and questionnaires about health, wellness and resources affecting your health care. This means you can play a part in shaping the coverage, programs and care options we offer to our members!

Signing up is easy. Just log in to the member portal and click the Gateway Listens link. Don’t have a member portal account? That’s okay, signing up for that is quick and easy, too.

Feedback is quick and easy to provide, and once we record the information, we take action. Your individual survey responses are confidential and as the responses of all enrolled members are compiled, you will have access to the information.

We appreciate your voluntary participation as we continually work to improve health care services for you and all our members.

Gateway Health offers HMO plans with a Medicare Contract. Some Gateway Health plans have a contract with Medicaid in the states where they are offered. Enrollment in these plans depends on contract renewal. This information is not a complete description of benefits. Contact the plan for more information. Limitations, copayments and restrictions may apply. Benefits, premiums and/or copayments/coinsurance may change on January 1 of each year. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium – The State pays the Part B premium for full dual members. Please contact the plan for further details. The Formulary, pharmacy network, and/or provider network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary.
