Notifications and Alerts | Dental Care During COVID-19

Many dental offices have temporarily closed. This is due to direction from the Pennsylvania Department of Health. In most cases, offices are not providing routine dental care at this time. Examples of routine dental care include: X-rays, exams, teeth cleaning, fillings and removal of teeth that are not causing pain.

If you need to see a dentist, please call the dentist you usually see. The dentist should be able to talk with you about how you can get care.

If your dentist is closed, please be sure to listen to the entire message on the dentist’s voicemail. Most dentists are giving instructions on how you can reach them on the voicemail.

If you have questions, please contact the Member Services team.
