Dealing with a health issue requires the right care and tools. Whether you are currently living with HIV, could be at risk for getting the virus, a provider caring for a member or the care giver or support person for an individual living with HIV, Gateway Health wants to help. The screening for HIV guidelines have been updated by the US Preventive Services Task Force and can be found here.

The Mid-Atlantic Aids Education and Training Center is full of the most recent and up-to-date information, trainings, and other resources on HIV. Check out some of the trainings and resources here.

Specifically for PA, they have the PA Expanded HIV Testing Initiative (PEHTI) training. PEHTI is a collaborative initiative between PA Department of Health and several PA Universities/technical support entities. It is a statewide effort to expand routine HIV testing. You can register for the training and listen to the webinar on this topic here.
